How to train by body to do leg splits?

Not just leg splits though. I want to do again many of the Tae Kwon Do kicks I once learned many , many years ago.How to train by body to do leg splits?
Although genetics play a big part, you can get flexibility by training, by that I mean stretching. You must stretch everyday for about 20 min. preferably after warming up as to have more oxygen in your body.





In order to do the kicks that you learned, you need to remember the proper technique, and practice practice practice, this is something you must keep doing, as to not forget them again.How to train by body to do leg splits?
In additonal to what you are learning, you may


learn modern wushu as well. Split is just a basic skill in modern wushu.
If you are short like me, stretch your legs in a hot bath. Then sip on an energy drink, crank the music and start shadow sparring. If you still have the passion it shouldn't be a problem.
Lots and lots of stretching. Even when you're just sitting in front of the TV, you should try to hurdle stretch. You could also invest in one of those stretching machines. They're a little pricy, but tend to work well.
