Best way to build muscle fast: 4 day split or everything 3 times a week?

To build muscle, is it better to work out specific muscles with 4 sets per exercise once a week (4 day split)? Or, to do all muscles with 2 sets per workout three times a week with a day of rest in between?Best way to build muscle fast: 4 day split or everything 3 times a week?
i prefer doing 4 sets of 12,10,8,6 reps on 1 body part per day. i also increase the weight for each set. my routine is chest,back, shoulders, arms, legs (5 days a week). u also want to change up your routine after 3 months of using the same one because shocking your muscles always contributes towards your growth. my best advice is if your barely startiting do a 3 day split, if youve been working out for a while, try different programs. i tried the lean mass diet and that helped ALOT. taking supplements will also build you up fast. check out optimum whey protein, monohydrate creatine, adn animal pack on bodybuilding.com. that should help you too

4 day split if you can. Gives the body time to recuperate and muscle tissue to rebuild. Also give yourself 3-4 minutes between sets especially if you are lifting 85%+ per set. Make sure you are having a protein supplement like a protein drink after each workout, and a few during the day.

I've been using this method for 6 weeks %26amp; the results are quite good
A 4 day split is better because you do more work on each muscle group each day and you get appropriate rest on each muscle group. The full body split tends to under stimulate the muscles in each muscle group.
My opinoin - 4 day split. But it's up to you. Try both and see how you go. Which one gives you more of a rush, gets you going
