The pro usually gets anywhere from 50 to 100%. The most anyone has taken from me is 15%. The best I have gotten is 100%.
How many pros are a particular facility also affects things. Tennis Directors may keep 100%, the Head Pro may give in 15% an assistant pro may give in 25% and so on.
Jobs that pay a high salary may take a higher percentage. Jobs where the pros are independent contractors usually let them keep most of their lesson money.
Country clubs usually let their employees keep a higher percentage than do public facilites. Every place is different though.
