How do i report my gain/loss on schedule d when BE(bearingpoint) reported a reverse stock split of 50 to 1?

BE is now called BRGP after the 50 to 1 reverse stock split. I had 5000 shares of BE at 1.40 now it's called BRGP and cost per share is 0.032.

How do i report the gain loss ? ( I am not sure about the legal aspect of the reverse stock split)How do i report my gain/loss on schedule d when BE(bearingpoint) reported a reverse stock split of 50 to 1?
your total cost in the issue was not changed by the reverse split. you had 5000 shares that cost 1.40 for a total of 7000 cost.

after the split, you have 100 shares for which you paid 7000, thus your cost per share is 70.

[note that 1.40 times 50 = 70].
