do a diamond stretch (its basically the over straddle with your knees bent behind you) or try putting one leg up on a stair or something, then do the other leg. when you get really good. put both legs up on something and have the center open.How can I get my middle splits?
From a standing position begin to lower yourself into the split, then stop once you feel resistance, tense and tighten your muscles in that area while breathing in, then as you slowly exhale, and relax your muscles, lower yourself as far as you can without hurting yourself...practice this technique every day and I bet you will see results within a month.
Note: dont overdue this technique...a couple of times per try is fine, not more than a couple times a day. You want to see progress not soreness and pain!
