Can I become flexible enough to do the splits in two months?

I really want to be more flexible.

What are some techniques I can use to be able to do the splits?

Thanks for any help. Can I become flexible enough to do the splits in two months?
I would say just stretch. Have a session of an hour or so and dedicate it to getting your flexibility up. Some things that might help are;

The splits

Leg mounts (Where you hold your leg in the air, sideways and in front)

Leg mounts and splits against the wall (Then you can push up against the wall to help you)

Splits in the air? ( Don't know what to call it. Basically you stand on one foot and swing the other foot in the air. Put you hand on the ground. You can also do this against the wall)

Normal stretches

Hope this helps. Good luck! Can I become flexible enough to do the splits in two months?
The key to slipts is stretching every single day. Try the straddle stretch where you are sitting on the ground with your legs out to the side and reach your arms as forward as possible and hold it for at least 1 minute then try it again. There are many other stretchs that can help you with this but they are hard to explain without showing you so look it up on google. After you have stretched several different ways, go into your right splits (with your right leg in front) and hold it for at least 1 minute with BOTH of your legs straight, yes this will hurt at first and you may be sore the next day, but this is the only way that you can actually get them. Then switch to the middle splits, then again on the left side. Good luck!
get down on your knees and then put your right leg forward (bending at the knee as to make a box with your legs) then lean forward as much as you can. after that, streighten your right leg (still leaving it fwd) and lean your head to your knee. do this again but with the opposite legs.

you can also do things like straddle and stretch your arms fwd so your chest lays flat on the ground in front of you. stretch your arms to your left foot, and then your right foot also.

do those two exercises and the splits every day, pushing it to where it hurts and then holding it. you could have the splits in a little as a week
You totally can!

Here's a way that's really effective...

Lay on your back and pull one leg into your chest with a bent knee keeping the other on the ground and pointed.

Hold that for about 30 seconds then straighten your leg above your head. Hold that for another 30- 45 seconds. Then pull your straightened leg toward your head and hold for as long as you can. Once you feel like you cant any longer roll toward your leg that's up into the splits. *you may not be able to but its good to practice even if your not all the way down.

Repeat with the other side. Do this as much as you can. At least once a day and you'll have your splits in no time!

Good Luck!
techniques you say? well those are the secrets of gymnastics, yoga, and dance...i cant tell u those!! lol jkjk

try asking a dancer about stretching exercises, or take some yoga classes.

if this doesnt work,

try a split...go as far wide as your legs can get you

hold that position for a few seconds

then go further down if possible...dont hurt yourself though

repeat these easy steps.

this actually helped my split alot, took maybe a full month to do a full split at home :)

i wish u the best of luck!
Tips:

Strech everyday, moring and before your go to sleep, or any free time.

When you strech, focus on your leg and spreading them apart.

Keep trying the split to help.

If you can, take yoga or dance classes
