Ive been practicing for a couple weeks now at middle splits and im about 7 inches off the ground and ive been seeing a little improvement in the last 2 days and middle splits seem easier than the the other splits
..What are good stretches to get your middle splits all the way down??
Oh and how can you tell if you just naturally cant do middle splits??How do i get my middle splits all the way down?
Go down in the middle split as far as you can go and hold it for 10 secs.
Try go further down.
Each time you do it, hold it for 5 more secs (15,20,25 etc).

Use a high back dinner table chair, Place a towel on the top of the back of the chair. Lift your leg onto the towel and slowly lean forward putting pressure on the leg and then kneel down until it hurts slightly, Be very careful not to put allot of pressure on it, you could tear a tendo.
