I could never do a split and i need to learn how in less than 3 weeks.What is the best and easiest way to learn to do a split in less than 3 weeks?
I've been told by ballet/dance teachers that if you go as far down as you can without it hurting (DON'T go down so far it hurts...you'll tear a muscle) and sit in that position for 2 minutes a day, you'll get your splits in a month. I've not tried it...my splits took several months...some people's take years. It really depends on your flexibility. But, you can try warming up for five minutes and then sitting in your splits for two minutes each way.What is the best and easiest way to learn to do a split in less than 3 weeks?
just stretch every night, practice doing splits, if you are close to one now you will probably get it in 3 weeks, or not then it will take 5-6 weeks, but it is not that hard, the more you stretch the faster it will come.

I suggest Yoga.
Yoga will help to lengthen your muscles and tissues in your legs.
Try doing a split everyday. I was on my school's dance team and we did Yoga and practiced doing the split everyday !
