Your spouse is responsible for anything that you agree upon and anything that is in both names. What's in you name is yours.
Look...unless you file for divorce...work it out with your spouse...the judge will work it out for you and you may not like the outcome...;cause you will have no control over it. WORK IT OUT WITH YOUR SPOUSE. Take Care
