Okay so i have been doing contortion for about a month now and i need my middle splits cause ei am starting Arco/ and middle splits is required. I have my right leg and my left leg so all that's left is my middle. So does anyone have a stretch for me.How can I get my middle splits?
hmm well the only thing that i can think of i just sitting infront of the tv while doing your splits. That is what my gymnastics coach tells us to do %26amp;%26amp; it works really well.
you could also have some push you down to help you go down. its painful but it works (:
