When using a bullet point on a resume, how do you split up an item if it consists of two fragments?

Per accepted style, I am not using a period at the end of the items BECAUSE they are fragments. Splitting the item with a period seems logical but it looks inconsistent, if you know what I mean. For instance, if I say -





鈥? Researched how to raise dues without losing members. Successful implementation of my proposal helped increase perceived value of professional membership





is that period supposed to be there or should it be a different type of punctuation mark?

Using a semi colon as above which indicates a run-on
