I'm confused. Are you having to split this money with siblings or others? When working in a restaurant, just ask the customer to give your tip in cash, if possible. That way, no one knows how much money you have. Other than that, I haven't a clue.
My daughter when she was 11 years old, she had a paper route to make money, because she was to young to get a real job.
GO ROUND YOUR NEIGHBORS AND OFFER YOUR SERVICES DOING SOME GARDENING OR HELPING WITH THE DISHES OR CHILDREN. JUST DO NOT EXPECT PEOPLE TO GIVE YOU MONEY FOR DOING NOTHING.
