I recently injured my leg, and now i can't do the splits anymore. How can i become flexible again, and fast?

I used to be kind of flexible(like I could do the splits and everything) but after injuring myself I can't even do something a 60 year old could do! How can I become flexible again and fast!!!!I recently injured my leg, and now i can't do the splits anymore. How can i become flexible again, and fast?
