My front leg is in the right position. When I go down, my back leg starts to bend. Is it suppose to do that. It just bends a little. How should I do my split correctly?
It's fine for your back leg to bend a little--it just means that your quads aren't super flexible. To help, try doing lunges before your splits if you don't already, and always warm up well before doing any deep stretching. Also, make sure your back leg is facing the ground directly, as in the knee is facing straight down, and is lined up with your hip.How should I do my split correctly?
its okay the more you stretch it the more strait it will be and just make sure in your side splits that your hips are facing forward and you are leaning over to much try and keep yourself perfectly alligned with your legs and then it will become better and look pretty er
well i just did mine and im flat but i think its ok if it bend you just have to stretch alot and fix it when you go down the back is supposed to be bent but then go away i guess..just ask a profesional :)

You need to roll over onto that leg more and sit up straight or arch back. It will help improve your posture in your split. Good luck (:
make sure your hips are squared!
