How do you achieve the splits in under 1 week?

Hmm...this isn't just about the splits really BUT about general flexibility, I have all day to stretch and experiment etc, it's really important for me to be flexible because I'm an ice skater...Thanks!How do you achieve the splits in under 1 week?
it may take more then a week, but stretch daily, especially before and after you excersize. Push yourself a little further each day and you will become more flexibleHow do you achieve the splits in under 1 week?

i dont think u can do it in a week but... streach daily, warm up before hand.. work the calfs both inside and outside, cold down after words
